Is there anybody still out there? I need to make 4 flying geese 3-1/2 x 6-1/2, I do Not have enough material to use my flying geese ruler from El for these and need to know how to do it. I never made them without the ruler, so I am not sure.

Thanks if someone is still up.

I am still up and just popped in but I can't help with the flying geese sorry. I am just sleepy tonight and can't get into sewing or even chatting on-line ;)
I am watching Psych and Monk :)

Sorry BJ, I don't know how to cut the flying geese without the ruler either yet.

I just finished machine quilting the last ring on the DWR. I have 37 more set pieces tho hand quilt the heart designs in, then the binding. As soon as I figure out how to use my new camera and get it connected to the 'puter for downloading, I'll post a pic for you all to see.

I'll keep all of you in my prayers (especially those not feeling well).

Have a wonderful and blessed night. I'll pop in tomorrow after work. Good night.

cut 6 1/2 X 3 1/2 rectangle and (2) 3 1/2" squares. Put squares right sides together on edge of rectangle, sew corner to corner on square(on left side sew top corner to middle of rectangle, press out and trim, if desired at 1/4 inch for extra fabric layers. Add square to right side, repeat sewing from corner to middle of rectangle, press out, trim extra layers if desired, one geese made.
