Very pretty! I love crazy quilts!! I need to add this to my "one day" project-- certainly have plenty enough Christmas scraps to make one!! :-)

I made 3 skirts and 16 stockings for my family, and every one of them were different.

I did not have a pattern. I just cut out a piece of muslin in a stocking shape. Then ironed on wonder under to the back of my fabric, and then cut into different width strips. I then ironed my cut strips of fabric to the muslin in the design I wanted. I then added Lace for the girls, Rick Rack for the boys, and the rest of my embellishments sewing them down with clear thread. I then zig-zagged with Gold Thread over all the seams where each strip meet. Then added my batting and inside liner and sewed it all together.

The skirt was done the same way except I didn't add batting and it was made using 4 pie shape pieces of muslin.

This was definitely a LABOR OF LOVE!!!
