6/29/09. I am so happy to tell you that this project is on its way to its recipients. Just went in the mail today. When I know it's been received, I will post pictures. I need to apologize to everyone who contributed in any way to this project for being so late in finishing it. I really wanted to do this project, but I should have done much more planning on how to do it before I started it. So, I had to learn and I went by the seat of my pants. I now know exactly how to do it--and more importantly, what not to do, so if another opportunity for the same thing comes up, I'm in. 3/29/09. Just to keep you informed. Certainly not forgotten. Carol spent about a month and a half "in the ditches and dredges" so almost nothing got done in the way of sewing other than deadline commitments.
My apologies. Now on the last step. Turned out to have many more steps that I first thought, but coming around the homeward stretch.
