Hi all..just checking in here. Well...I gotta go buy fabric for my blocks. My little stash doesn't contain enough spring florals to even get started. Thought I had more. Think I'm going to get enough fabric so I can make enough blocks for a twin quilt.

I will probably go fabric shopping today. I didn't find a lot of spring florals in my stash either.

I got one together. I hope to be able to use what fabrics I have to make these. It seems like it takes so much longer to do things from "bits and pieces" than it should take. My fault...I should have went shopping! LOL!

Hi everyone, I'm the pitiful one who asked Vicky about not cutting under the leaves. Mine don't seem to be able to be placed right and look like the picture. So I ask Vicky if she thought about not cutting under the leaves so if someone wanted to move them they could. Sorry about that guys but if you already have cut under the leaves then don't worry about it or go and make new blocks. These are so cute! ~Abbigail~

I totally agree with you, Abbigail. I am not cutting from behing the leaves either. Especially since we are supposed to be using cheap fabric, I think having that extra stability behing the applique will help keep it from falling apart. I should have these little boogers ready to ship in about a week or so. Amie :o)

Oh my gosh, you guys are mailing already and I haven't even started. I did buy my fabric. Working on some cutting for a class I am taking on the 25th and after that I can start these blocks.

Are those 4 leaves the same size? They look it, but since they gave us 4 patterns for D, E, F & G, I'm not sure.

The leaves are the same size. If you look at the diagram, it shown that they are labeled each leaf a different letter, not sure why. I just cut one and went with it. The first 2 pages(7/20) is the one we are using I think. HTHs, Amie :o)
