I think you did an excellant job on this quilt! It is just gorgeous. And I am sure your Grandmother will love it too. It looks happy and cheerful yet snuggly. It is great seeing you back here again. Been missing seeing your beautiful work.

Love it! It's so cheerful. I like how you used the same blue butterfly fabric in each square. It looks very coordinated.

Hi all, hope you had a lovely Christmas Day yesterday, and thanks for all the kind comments.
Ollie, I didn't have a pattern for this quilt, I just cut out the center squares (I think they were 5 1/2" to begin with) and added 2" strips to all four sides. Then I added 2 1/2" strips for sashing and 3" strips (I think) for borders.
