Re: Secret Santa REVEAL DAY
I am finally home from work! DH had the package waiting for me on the kitchen table. My secret Santa was Leetec! What a wonderful package. I have 2 beautiful ornaments, an awesome decorative piece of a quilt shop. It reminds me of one we stop at in Kansas every spring when we travel through to Missouri. She also sent 5 wonderful pieces fabric. She also sent a seam ripper, she knows me well. Lee you are the best. Thank you!! Merry Christmas everyone. Linda

WOW - Lynne, everything is wonderful. I am so sorry I am so late in being shocked, but I left at 6:30 this morning and didn't get home until a little before 10.
I am going to have so much fun with all this stuff. I haven't seen that flannel and I love it!!! The fuzzy socks are cool. As long as my feet and hands are warm, the rest of me is fine.
I could type for an hour about how much I love it all, but I think you get my point.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Rosie
PS - What is your QIAD screen name????

I want to thank Carin (Mawmum) for all the wonderful gifts. I love the bag!!! And how did you know I enjoy doing star quilts so the beautiful book will get put to good use. The dishcloth with embroidered design on was so cute. You are clever to day the least.
The note pad has such a beautiful design on it. Thanks you so much for everything. Have a wonderful holiday season.
Hugs,
Loralee

Re: Secret Santa REVEAL DAY
I'm kind of late opening my SS gift tonight, but believe me the wait was more than worth it! My Secret Santa was gmaann, and she was a super Santa. She sent me 20 fat quarters in the prettiest shades of pinks and browns and also sent me the Turning Twenty Just Got Better pattern book to go along with the fat quarters. I can't wait to get started making the pattern! I've been wanting to do a Turning Twenty quilt for a long time. But that's not all...it gets even better! She put the fat quarters in the cutest crocheted basket. The basket is in pastel colors. I'm guessing she made it, but I'm not sure. Thank you, gmaann! You're the best!
Thank you, maryq, for hosting the Secret Santa swap. This has been so much fun! I'm already looking forward to next year!

Re: Secret Santa REVEAL DAY
Thank you Linda, (Ihostelley), for the wonderful gifts you sent. You are a very good secret santa.
The Thangles Project pack will be so pretty if I have sense enough to do it.
The tote pattern, I am really going to enjoy. I need to make me one for a trip in February.
How did you know I needed a blue washable marker? I can't do without these.
The udder smooth udder cream is going to make my skin so soft. It is now very dry but not for very long.
All the safety pins, strait pins, needles, scissors and sewer's best friend, a seam ripper. The pouch you made is just perfect for travel.
The wood holder that I'm sure you made is perfect. Now I will be able to do away with the shoe box and I will be able to find my things.
The fabric you had these things wrapped in will come in handy for some of my projects.
Thank you so much. I love all of it.
Loretta

Re: Secret Santa REVEAL DAY
*SMILE*
I Love love LOVE my SSP gifts.
Thank you Mrs. Loralee.
Jeff looked at all of them as well. He really likes that quilting Block&Pattern-a-day Calendar.
Jeff read through the little book 'Scriptures to Live By'. This little book will help Jeff and I closer to God again.
I don't know how to describe the laser picture inside of glass. We allready have 2. I bough a little stand for it a few years ago, that lights it up and rotates it in color. So NOW we have one for Christmas also.
And that's not ALL, I had shown Jeff the Applique in a day book and DVD I have. Well you send me one of the appliquee tools I have not been able to find again.
If I was not so dopy I would take a picture of it and post it.
These items will keep putting a *smile* in my heart and ON my face.
Loralee, you're THE best SSP. I can't thank you enough for what you send to me.
Take care, cause I care.

Re: Secret Santa REVEAL DAY
From Carol/kittyquilt, DH, Peanut and Butterscotch.....Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Secret Santa, whoever you are........
There were 2 boxes and I was beginning to think they were bottomless, more and more packages. We all had a great time opening and eating.... homemade cookies, dddddddddeeeeeeelicious, they're almost gone; candy canes, 2 Mary Higgins Clark books, which I have not read (you must have ESP), Mr. & Mrs. Clause marshmallow lollipops, note cards, recipe cards, a YoYo maker (flower pattern), in a size I don't have (there must be an elfin somewhere), a pinking blade for my rotary cutter--wherever did you find that, I've been looking--a beautiful tree ornament of California. (Could this be your home state????)
DH was just delighted with his peanuts and chocolates--his favorites--he was so appreciative. He sends his thanks and love.
Peanut and Butterscotch just loved their toys, and the treats, well, let me tell you, they were a huge hit!!!!!!!! They send purrs of thanks.
But wait! that's not all! I am delighted to say that I have a quilt to make: she sent me the CopyCat Pattern AND the fabric to make us a bed sized quilt! The fabrics she selected are all my favorite colors and are just beautiful. I can't wait to get started on it.
What else can we say except thank you and bless you for your thoughtfulness and kindness. We were overwhelmed. May your Christmas be a joyous one.
Now, if I just knew who she was. (She included a very sweet note saying I would find out who she was, just not now.)
Blessings and joy to everyone for a beautiful Christmas.
