Good morning!

There is no shopping goin on here! Since I spent Wed cleaning, and Thursday cooking, I get to sew today!

I hope everyone has an awesome day! Take a nap if you got up early for shopping!

Marilynsgrammy, pie looked SO good this morning. But we had eggs and started counting points all over again. I figure if you can stick with not smoking, I can stick with watching my weight. You go!

There will be no shopping here. I am machine quilting today. I have already done an hour. I do need to do laundry, go for my walk/run and do some yard work.

Dinner yesterday was wonderful. It was good to see my family. My other sister called while we were having dessert. She lives in Reno and misses seeing everyone.

The pies, I made, were perfect. After my disasterous Boysenberry Pie last year I was determined this years would be perfect and it was. When I cut and dished the first piece and it just sat up and did not collapse I was very pleased. I ate the pumpkin and brought home just two pieces of each, so had a small piece of berry pie while watching "Gray's Anatamomy" last night.

Good morning everyone. We had a great day yesterday. All three of our kids were here for dinner plus my only grandson and our youngest daughter brought her boyfriend whom we met for the first time. And my mom was with us. We had more food than we needed and everything was deliscious. We are so blessed. I am so thankful for my family. No shopping today. Must type and print church bulletin and hopefully make another Bible costume. Have four more to make.

Morning, headed out at 9am to FART...Lqs had all fabrics 30%off so I bought 12 assorted yds of Thimbleberries in blues....and I bought 20 batik and assorted fat quarters for a dollar each..:):):):) home by 1130a..Now I will sort and iron them all....heading over to my sis to play with Lizzie today....and help her clean her sewing room....they just finished a construction project and everything was tossed in the sewing room...Had a wonderful Thankgiving the best ever....BBL.

No shopping here either. Have to run to the grocery quick to pick up 1 thing, ugh!

I'm still in my jammies but have been working on wrapping fabric scraps 1/4 inch wide on cording for a larg coiled project I almost feel like staying in my jammies all day. How crazy would that be? LOL

Happy Black Friday from chilly SW. Pa...Our weather is hovering around 40 with bits of sun, right now it's very dreary...Not much happening in my neck of the woods....DH is glued to the TV watching, West Virginia and Pitt in the annual back yard brawl...
I'm off to my sewing room to make place mats for a DGD...She's in college and has an apartment and I thought she should have something to spruce up the place...Of course I have to get with it, she's leaving to go back on Sunday.....

I'll be shopping in my jammies today here on-line at QIAD. Other then that I'll be sewing/quilting today and tomorrow.

Sunday is going to be SO totally different then normally. We're ALL are going to church as a whole family in Huntington Beach, and will be bringing Jeff and a life time (very addicted) friend with us to this church.

I have seen some miracles in our life this week. I am flabber casted and over whelmed by it all.

I remember the days of 12 hour shifts at work during MAJOR Holidays all too well. God bless the ones that have to work and drive through the shopping madness.

Well, I planned to stay in my jammies all day, but my DH ( who really needs something to do) reminded me that I needed to get my emissions done for my van plates. grrr. Had to go thru twice, the second time I needed a new gas cap.

So NOW I get to sew.

Good Afternoon Im back from my shopping from about 12:30 and am now snuggled in my PJ's watching family channel and drinking coffee I had a blast shopping and now it's relaxing my sil and myself are now tired but we did very well the only thing I didn't like was that walmart had the nintendo ds package but didn't tell people they had 3 per store so I went elsewhere but still in all it was a very productive and now tommrow the sewing machine will be humming again.I hope everyone is takeing time to relax if you can and just enjoy yourself I feel we owe to ourselves to do just that.
