Thank you Carolyn & Alina. Now I have no excuse for misplacing the snail addy. LOL I wrote it on the actual printout of the swap info and it'll be filed in my notebook.

Mary I got your orange geese in the mail today... they may have come yesterday but I didn't get out to the mail box yesterday! Thanks for doing a couple sets of blue also! I appreciate it!
I will get them up on the wall a bit later and update the chart!

Hugs!

Woohoo, those were some fast flyers! I am glad they arrived.

I am still working on the tree. . .was going well when I discovered a glitch and needed to unsew a seam. My seam ripper had gone MIA, so had to clean up the sewing room! lol!

Think I have it under control now and will try again today.

The paper piecing is not as hard as I was expecting, I am glad I took the plunge to try. Thanks for encouraging me and offering advice and assistance.

Alina, there is a flock of green and blue geese flying out to your place! I was hoping we could do a meet-up so I could get them to you in a fun way...but this week is looking booked already, and it's only Monday!

So here they come, via priority mail...could be there as early as tomorrow...!

Honk, honk!

woohoo! I now can say that I am not nearly so intimidated with the idea of paper piecing! I now have a tree block.
Not perfect by any means and I may make another now that I have the technique figured out. After some more practice .. . .
Thanks to all of you, I am glad I tried this and went out of my 'comfort zone'!

The blocks on the wall look better all the time. I can hardly wait!

Now I have to decide where I want to hang it when it's done. I am running out of walls.
