Goodmorning it's a little chilly but it's going to be a beautifull day I went to my sisters yesterday we had fun working on our quilting projects went out for dinner to a quaint Italian Resturant where the food is toooo much to eat so we take leftovers home and she surprised me with a delectabel mountains book and just think it wasn't even my birthday but we had lots of fun . Today I have to do some cleaning then wash the rest of my clothes and then Im off to the races with my sewing I hope everyone has a great day no matter what you are doing.

Yes fabricgirl (Lois) it was a very good day yesterday. We had a great time and our dear husbands made them selves scarce while we sewed all day. Having a wonderful sewing sister is the BEST. We share all of our secrets and talents together we are a good pair. We always have good laughs too.

Good morning!

I am up early for the Sunday taxi run for DD#3 to get to work.LOL

Today I plan on starting the major cleanup in my sewing room for when my HQ16 shows up in a couple of weeks. I have lots to sort out so I will be busy for a few days trying to dig out of my mess.

Today is beautiful sunshine with a high of 53°F, then rain for 3 days.

Ann, lucky you a HQ16. I'll talk about it to my DH, he says that one day I will have a LA. When he'll see this one and the price, may be it will be sooner! LOL

Good morning everyone. I have to do wash and clean the house since we went to my borther in-law's funeral yesterday. We made a 4 hour drive each way all in one day. Good thing we came home yesterday. We had gone to bed and then my son came in our bedroom and told us the ambulance was in front of my neighbor's house. She is recovering from breast cancer surgery and started chemo. I just found out she is in the cardiac care unit of the local hospital. Well, the 1st load of wash is done. Off to switch machines.

Fabricgirl.....Such a nice surprise. My little sister mentioned that she wanted me to teach her how to quilt, but she lives about 7 hrs away from me andwe haven't had time for a trip that distance away with work. Also, her first step is getting a sewing machine as she said she wanted to sew on the machine, not by hand. LOL

Good Morning All....I just finished paying a few bills and balancing the checkbook.

The weather is cool/sunny and no clouds!! Last night the wind was wicked. It sounded like someone was hitting the house with a plastic bat. We had thunder & lighting too.

I am still(!!!!!) moving things into the sewing room. I wonder if I will ever get it all done. I am going to work on that for a while after this.

Sunday used to be my quilting day now my daughter comes over for lunch or dinner and a movie or two. I would never change that. I am so happy to have her living here and safe. BUT I do need t rearrange my "free"(LOL)time to get a chunk of time for quilting.

Morning All, slept late today, got to bed late, I too spent some time with my quilting sis, I got to go over her house and play with Lizzie too. I wish I could get over there more to practice my LA quilting but my sis still works, and they are remodeling their house so I get in the way when I'm there and my sis is at work. Sewed some last night but not much. This morning went for a nice walk with DH and now I need to plan dinner (Take something out of the freezer) and some washing. then sewing. Good morning, y'all. Some better this morning, I think. My head feels clearer. It ought to, I spent all day yesterday horizontal, in front of the television. That was all I felt up to doing--not like me at all!

Girls come home today, need to be at the campgrounds to pick them up by eleven...then I will get their laundry done this afternoon. Post-camp laundry is always pretty gross, so I like to get it done quickly!

I need to come up with a craft and a game for our Girl Scout meeting tomorrow...I just had a brainstorm regarding the craft, so hopefully I can make it work!

Morning Ladies -- busy, busy day here. DD's wedding is this coming Friday, (yes, on Holloween, yuk). My blouse is almost finished, then need to hem my pant suit. Has to be done today!!
