Re: picture postcards from Sunbonnet Sue
Sue was thrilled to be out of the PO Box and really enjoyed celebrating my B-day with us! This was at a new restruant here and even on a Tuesday evening was packed. But Sue was the life of the party and the local folks were kind of curious about us jumping around taking photos with Sue and the flowers.
This is Sue and me with our resident Elk -- don't know if he has a name, but I call him Bullwinkle. Notice the quilt behind him.

And this is Sue with our local jackaphesalope -- this critter is part jack rabbit, part pheasant and part antelope.

We might go back this afternoon and get a front photo of the jackaphesalope... More photos to follow. Happy Trails, jacquie2

Sue wanted to show off the UGRR fabric that just came in today. She looks so pretty in the sun light!

Happy trails, jacquie and sue

Sue will be on her way to her next destination tomorrow. We had a beautiful sunset this evening, which Sue throughly enjoyed!

And here is the full skyline:

I've seen jackalopes before, but this was my first time to see a jackaphesalope. I hope you will post a picture from the front of the cute little guy. The sunset is beautiful! Thanks for the pictures.

Well Ladies, Sue has not left the ranch yet. I've been so busy, I haven't even made it to Post Office...we also started getting snow on Sunday and I really do not drive in the snow! I am going to try to get to the Post Office this afternoon, I know the plows came by yesterday, so I think I can make it there. I'll post when she is traveling again! Happy trails, jacquie
