Hello.........sounds like all of you are busy today. I'll be working down here for the rest of the day. Ran to town for a few groceries & resisted the temptation to go to JoAnn's. (I can run there tomorrow on my lunch hour, it's only 4 blocks away) We got the yard all decorated for fall & Halloween, it looks so nice. Temp is in the mid 70's, so this must be our Indian Summer & bugs are flying everywhere. I have to re-figure the new autograph quilt, so I'll have the game on in a couple of hours. Quiltnewby05......are you working your fingers to the bone on Adam's quilt? Can't wait to see it!

Well while we were in church we got another 1/2 inch of dang snow! They say it will warm up later in the week and this will go away. I sure hope so I am NOT ready for snow.

I can't believe the sparkles are coming off on you thats not any fun. I guess you could just tell everyone its just your bling. :O)

I think I got my computer up and running right.

Last night I was able to post only once in the sew-in and then had to give up DH's laptop. I ran an extensive scan and repair program from microsoft called onecare and it seems to have straightened everything out so far.

Today I am working on row robins and trying to get caught up on all kinds of odds and ends. I also want to take pictures of my pin cushions and needle books I made yesterday, I think they came out really cute.

Well, back to work.

Mawmum - I love bling!! That's how I ended up in this mess. LOL! Just can't resist anything that sparkles!! I'm still washing shaking and drying...

You all are so productive...all I keep doing is fabric laundry.

I'm not feeling like fixing dinner either...hmmmmmm..maybe DH will take me to the nearest restaurant...or....soup. LOL

At least we still have the peach cobbler (that QIAD Linda posted) for dessert...it was awesome!!! (drooling!)

check back later!
Joanne :0)

I need a nap! Or a fire in the fireplace! I am thinking a nap would be more fun.

Just came to pop in to see what everyone has been up to today. Joanne, bless your heart, it's sure a sparkly day for you! LOL!

I got my little bio printed out for the Who's Your Neighbor swap, got all my thread put on thread stands and in acrylic thread boxes and lots of notions organized and put away. DH is finishing up the door in my sewing room that has a doggie door for Daisy and a window with screen in it so I can see the forest behind my house. That is going to be so nice! And he tweaked my HQ16 table and got it leveled. I've really been on a roll getting a lot done today, but have a bad headache that started yesterday that I just can't get rid of. I go back to the chiropractor tomorrow a.m. and that should get the last of the knots cracked out! LOL! MAW, I think you had a great idea, a nap sure does sound good! Brrrr, snow already?!

Been to church, spent about an hour (I think) trying to post photos of my sewing room, went for a walk, and now will get some sewing done. I 'cleaned' the sewing room so that I could have some friends over for a 'stitch-in' on Friday, so decided to get some photos before it looks like a cyclone has hit it again!! So I'll be dragging stuff out of those closets and it won't be 'neat' again for a month, when my friends come back again!! It's a good deal for me - I furnish the place, THEY furnish the lunch!!

I can hardly believe SNOW in UT - it's hardly even Fall here - temp is 79° right now!
