The blocks arrived today. Yeehaw! Now I can play with them while figuring out how to sew them into a top. Great blocks everyone and I truly enjoyed reading all of the bios. We're certainly diverse while at the same time sharing the love of friends and quilting.

My blocks came yesterday too. I was so excited. I sat down and read all the bios/histories. What a treat. I love them all and will really cherish them.

Island Girl--the crab is great. Besides being representative of Maryland, it's also my zodiac sign. So cute.

SewSew/Ann--the Texas flag is great. I loved the bluebonnet border too. Spent Mother's Day in Texas one year and the hills were blue everywhere we went. Great memories.

Georgia Peach/Pam--the peach is adorable. Never really been to Georgia except to change planes in Atlanta. Hoping to get to Savannah next spring though.

Teacupdelights/Carol--Loved the big apple and skyline. Haven't been to NY since I was a kid. I can just imagine all the wonderful things you did growing up there.

MAWMum/Carin--loved the arches. That's someplace I really want to visit soon. The colors are so pretty too.

Tulpje/Susanna--the tulip is so pretty. I love the spring when the tulips are in bloom. I just planted 120 more bulbs this fall so I can enjoy them next spring!!

Itchn2BStitchn/Jan--the beach scene is amazing. Reminds me of the time we spent in Pensacola. Wow. More great memories.

Majik47/Mary--the deer block is so pretty. Reminds me of autumn in my home state of Michigan. Oh I just remembered--dear season opens on Nov. 15th--Run Bambi Run!! LOL!!

Crzyquilter81/Deanne--love the ASU block. I should have had it with me on Saturday when I attended the ASU/Husky game here in Seattle. Your Sun Devils are pretty awesome!!

Apolta/Alina--fantastic job hosting the swap. You know my heart is always in San Diego with you and "da boys." Great block.
