My hand will be fine, just won't stop oozing!!! Even with pressure, wasn't even in the sewing room when it happened! Took a break to talk to hubby and a box was falling off the table and I went to catch it and the corner caught the midle of my hand! So no damage was done to the fabric!! Thank GOODNESS!! Especially since I'm using white :o)

*Ouch* Littlebit.

Always have a Fabric-911 number ready to call for when that happens.
Cold salt water will removed blood stains.

As for the cut? Put an ice cube on it, or hold your hand high up in the air. Stay away from your fabrc as LONG as it bleeds. <grin>

We sure do have our priority straight, don't we?

I don't mind Kid Rock, either. Can't believe I'm saying that! The new song he has on the radio finds me singing along to it. Lori...sounds like we're close to the same age? Young, right? I think I'll get a couple of their CD's to put on to listen to while I'm working down here.

LOL at Mequilter. I think I'd buy a lottery ticket, too. You've had quite a day.

Tul - do you have my address? We could use some good home cooking. We ate at Whataburger tonight.

Jacquie - I bet Nonny will love that quilt. It sounds so pretty.

I'm really feeling lazy this evening. I was going to go to the grocery store but didn't feel like it. I need to finish quilting the quilt on my frame and can finish in just a few minutes but I don't feel like it. I'm really tired. It's been quite a week with tons of bad news. Last Friday night at this time I was really jiggy waiting for Ike to hit - and hit he did! And then there was that train wreck on the other side of the country. Disasters are depressing especially when they hit close to home. Aw, shucks, I think I'll go in there and quilt - I'll feel good when I finish it and I can take it off the frame. I hope it puts me in a better mood anyway. Later.

Big *Hugs* to you CindyG. So sorry you had to go through all that.
Yes please go pat your Juki for me.
Let's not break any more needles okay?

Hang in here.
I'll drop you off some food on our FART-ing trip to Suwanee.
