Thanks everyone.

GP I just lightly pressed as I went. I put the borders on as soon as it was done so it would stretch out of shape.

Mary, I found the pattern in "Quilt Mania." I bought the magazine last week and had to make it. I've had the pastel noodles from the swap staring at me for months. lol

Zfat - I love this quilt. I bought the book so I can make a braid quilt. Are the bias edges really a problem? I guess they would be but I just never thought about it before you mentioned it. I wonder if stay stitching can be put in.

Lori you did a great job! It turned out beautiful. I tried one very similar once and it ended up as a small candle mat. LOL I don't do Bias edges well. LOL This really is pretty. Great job!

Cindy, just press gently. I didn't even think about the bias edges until I was half way done. Maybe that's why it worked out so well.

That is really pretty! That was a great idea for the noodles. Mine are still staring at me so thanks for the inspiration.

Great job! I love the scrappy look. I've only done a braided border before but love the look.
