Saw this in a magazine last week and thought I'd make it. Lots of biased edges.

Wow! I love this! Did you figure out the directions just by looking at the picture? Great quilt!

Yes I just looked at the picture and pretty much figured it out. It was very easy. I used my pastel jelly roles from a swap earlier this year. =)

That's awesome. My first thought was... noodle swap however once I took a closer look I think I am not skilled enough yet

Wow, it is beautiful! You sure are a brave woman, sewing all these rows together with only bias seams :-)

fatcat, this is really pretty, nice job! Last year I attempted to make one of these and you are right....lots of bias edges! LOL! I think I got too zealous with my pressing because mine sure didn't turn out nice like yours did! Yours is beautiful, thanks for sharing!

Quiltville has this pattern if anyone is looking for it.

You did a great job. I'm making this as a border on a Scrappy Trips Around the World also on Quiltville. I hope I can work with the bias edges.
