It´s beautiful, Maria!A real work of art! And I admire your invention as well as your craftsmanship and patience working with fraying and slippery silk and doing all that tiny stippling. Let alone the curves - what technique did you use? Were they pieced or appliqued?

Maria you just blew me away with this piece of art!!!! WOW! What a beauty. I am so happy for you! And I see very clearly why it won a ribbon!!! Bet the Judges were as stunned as I was! You are a natural at quilting and I see no stopping you from going wherever you choose to go with it. So keep on keeping on Girlfriend! Great job!
