Turkey Tablerunner/JackO-Lantern Topper

I want to have at least 12 tablerunners done by Christmas. These 2 are number 5 and 6.

I saw the Turkey block at Sundrop Designs and just went with it!

There is no pattern for this Jack-O-Lantern that I know of except I did see a pumpkin similar to this but then kept adding things.
