Did you click on the "INSERT IMAGE CODE" just on top of the comments.
It opens a window up in the top left, then paste the copied (from photobucket) code in that box. The image won't show till you click on add to discussion, but the image CODE should be in the comments box.

I noticed that you are trying to copy the picture from your computer directly to here. First you need to put your picture into photobucket or another photo hosting site on the web - You can not copy directly from your computer to QIAD - hope this helps
