Yippee! I got my special package from DebbieLynn today!! It is so much fun getting surprises in the mail...even if you know they're coming, it's still a surprise as to when you get them. :)

Thank you so much Debbie! I love all of the goodies! I got a lot of fabric-6 fat quarters & a charm pack, a Machine Embroidery magazine, a whole bag of Tootsie Rolls & Werther's hard candies, a note block (is that what you call those?), and a Cotton Theory pattern.

I've always wanted to try a quilt as you go pattern so thanks very much for that! I also love the Vintage Holiday charm pack-I've had my eye on that charm pack before, but didn't end up buying one. The blue fabrics I know will come in handy-I've been thinking of doing a blue & red quilt so those will be perfect! The pretty small floral print fabrics look like reproduction fabrics and will definitely be used. I always have note paper near my computer and I'll think of you every time I eat one of the candies. :) I can't wait to look at the magazine for inspiration. And last, but not least, thanks so much for your lovely letter & card too. It's nice to meet my forum friends and I'm glad you've joined.

I forgot to take pictures :( I got some great gifts from Sue~Kendorsa~ Thank you so much! I love the apron, in fact I wore it yesterday to make dinner, DH thought I was nuts for "wearing Christmas" LOL. I already ate the chocolate (shocker :) ) and I have the lifesavers sitting next to my sewing machine. I love the stationary and it will coming in handy for my new "resolution" to send my friend's cards every now and again. The F.Q's are great I love the colors you choose. I'll have to wrangle everything up again and take a picture, well, without the chocolate of course;)

Thank you SSSOOOOOO MUCHHHHHHHH Caroline1947.

I left yesterday morning to visit my mother 2 hrs away, spend the night and return home today. I get home and BAM a wonderful gift!

A tote...I saw that and said Uh oh, I'm not in the tote swap. It is gorgeous!!! I love the colors. Then inside was a wonderful pin cushin, a note pad, a set of coasters, a pack of Baskin Robbins candy, a bookmark, and a set 3 pieces of fabric (folded so cute I haven't taken them apart). It was really great to have that box there in the door when I came home.
The tote is so cute! How do you make the coasters like that (with the folded edges?)

Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you.

I have used a multitude of adjectives to describe this, but none can describe the joy it brought to my heart. Thanks again Caroline1947!

Oh, Caroline it was a wonderful package. Thank you for finding the pattern. I will look up that coaster tomorrow. (Now if I can just learn to sew like you ladies and gents!)

DS2 asked if I had gotten a new purse! lol, your present was beside me in the chair. And the candy...which my broad butt doesn't really need will be greatly appreciated by my even bigger mouth. lol

Thank you again.

Dear Sandy (Lazymaple 54) - Thank you for my wonderful summer surprise! I received 3 beautiful fat quarters in shades of purple. Sandy also sent a set of handmade stitched coasters in purple, black and yellow. And I received an amazing pad and pen set with purple and pink tulips that will look fabulous on my desk at work!

Thank you Sandy! I truly love all my gifts.

Deb
