teetee, they had a problem & when they rebooted the system they rebooted to the 19th I think Linda said. Look in chit chat for a topic on it. We got back most of our PM's and most of the comments, but not all.

I guess this week is just suppose to be a 'do over' for the forum. ROFLOL....

OK one thing I have learned from this swap... We need to have a form that everyone fills out for the hostess that she can keep separate from the swaps it was difficult for me to keep the addresses with the swaps bag and so on..
First of all I need Amie's mailing address please
Secondly who sent me stamps totally 3 dollars and 4 cents in a postal glassine envelope?

Beth, When I did the charm swap in Jan I put a row of envelopes with the charms on top on the floor with me in the middle. I sat in the middle of them. Like sitting in the median of a freeway. I started on one envelope and went down one row and up the other, put that bag in the return envelope & set it aside. I was lucky enough to have everybody send their charms in a large ziploc and I had 1 extra person so nobody received their own charms back. I then made sure each bag had the correct number of charms by counting bags. That was the only way I could keep it straight. If a person had 2 sets I put each set separate, like it was from 2 people.

Make any sense?? Everybody has their own way. It think the one with the most experience is Amie with the noodle swaps.

I guess we who live on the west coast or the fact that I was Canadian born and bred or something else is causing people to be confused about the messages I send.

1. THERE ARE NO LEFT OVER BAGS OF SWAPS-- I just evenly divided them amongst everyone so yes you will get 2 sets of doubles so dont panic.
Not everyone did theirs with identical fabric for all 15 bags so you might get lucky and have no duplicates.

2. Because I am not supposed to lift more than 5 lbs at a time I have found printing my postage on line, and having my carrier pick up my packages absolutely wonderful... otherwise I would have to stand in line probably a minimum of 30 min to reach a clerk. and I would be in horrendous pain by that time..

3.The form I believe would be helpful for several reasons but the first is that it makes it a lot easier to print up the labels here on my computer. Its a double safety measure for keeping track of things and so on. If people only label their bags with their nickname and nothing else it makes things a bit challenging when you go to make a label.

So as of now at 4AM I have all your envelopes labeled and ready to go except for Quilterbee's because I have no mailing address for her, So if anyone can help me out I would appreciate it.

Thanks again for this wonderful TREAT of trading Halloween Charms with everyone...
