Stars All Around Table Topper - Finshed just in time

I had been puttingoff quilting my table topper until DD#2 told me that she would be inviting her boyfriends family over for 4th of July cookout. I started the quilting on it last night and marked it to do a cable design on the border but inorder to save time opted for a simple border quilting instead. I just got it finished and I need to get the cable markings off and then I am ready to set it on the table.
