your perserverence on the first quilt should win you an award. Life became so much easier when you learned about strip piecing. Isn't it great what we learn along life's path.

Nice Quilt! I love the Double Irish Chain and have made several baby quilts using that pattern. Of course without Eleanor Burns I probably wouldn't have liked it as much.
