Bosenberries are my favorite. I buy them at the market when ever they have them. When I was a kid we had them in our backyard. My mother didn't like the bushes because of the stickers, so she took them out. Glad to hear you got the block done. I don't sew much the days I work either.

Lori - If you want a plant I will be happy to give you one, but I will say they are invasive! I cannot get rid of them! LOL The past three years I have made jam, cobblers and pie.

*YUM*hmmm...Boysenberries. Where do you buy those plants?
MeQ, our cars get serviced by Saturn. Jeff has a Saturn Sky. I have a Chrysler seebrine. We love Saturn the way they take care of us. Have been customers there for 10 years. They had an Auro (Saturn) for sale here. 2008 17.000 miles on ii, just inder $18 K. If we had been in the market to buy a car we would've bought it. Jeff Loves the ION also. Blue is my fav. color.
Mary You have been BUSY, reading it made me tired LOL.
Are we Southerners still on for Long beach? YaY.
Ann /GmaAnn *hugs* your nautical quilt sounds SO cute. Will you post pictures?
Tiny Tim is still alive and kicking. Once is got 'it's' strength back and a bit caught up in size I might try to place him back in the nest. Some times when you do that right before lights out it'll work. They can't see much in dark and will stay put. So Mom might be used to it by morning.
And else yes, I'll have to raise it. <sigh> That IS a LOT o work. But now that I have baby bird food, and now that he is finally opening it's beak to get fed, it goes faster. warm up the food (5 sec. in microwave) Fill the syringe, pluck the baby out the nest, be quick to get 1 drop of food in. Hold 'it' (lol on paper towel) hoping it'll poop right away. Place back in nest. I wrapped it in a pre-warmed wash cloth (draped on the lamp for extra heat while I feed it, in a small dish. Dark cloth to cover it. Lamp close enough to spread enough heat onto it all.
The other two chicks are a bit too tiny still also. So I gave them an extra feeding. I take the whole nest out the cage once a day anyways. (I always do that during the whole mating and breeding process). Mom went right back on top of them.
We had a very busy day today running around doing errands.
Dew Dew, I hope you post a picture of that lamp.
Lori, I'll be sure to take a look what you have quilted for your dog.
Pillow *FluFF*s for the ones that are going to bed.

Susanna - I really don't know where to purchase boysenberry plants. My neighbor planted them years ago and when her yard became too shady they took up residence in my yard long before we moved in. I really did attempt to get rid of them for the first five years, then they bloomed three years ago and gave me fruit. LOL That was that - I decided I liked them where they were! Again I will be happy to give you a few plants, but they are invasive!!! (I do not recommend planting them!)

Quilter7, lol I don't know your name, I think it is carol? I would Love to have a few plants.
Our back yard is still WAY to barren. We are NOT going to plant grass, Jeff hates to Mow.
LOL, I planted mint 10 years ago, also very invasive. Jeff said you'll never get rid of them, but I did.
