Cosmetic Bag
At last I am happy with my cosmetic bag and don´t even worry too much about the slightly imperfect pinwheel (which I made of remnant half square triangles from a pillow project). This time the bag keeps shape and I have managed to sew the zipper flawlessly ("practice makes perfect...."). I have also included an inside-out picture for the ladies as well as a bit out-of-focus view of the interior .... This cosmetic bag is pretty simple, all you need is a rectangle sandwich, then you connect the shorter sides with a zipper (using any method you prefer), sew the loose sides together (with the zipper positioned in the middleof the folded "object") and them sew the sides and chop off the points (just like when you are making a big tote, only there the chopped off corners make the bottom, not sides). I hope I am not too complicated.

That is so pretty was it hard to make? I would like to make one. Did you have a pattern or just make it without one? Bev
