My granddaughter's birthday quilt for her mom

My granddaughter worked very hard on this quilt since the beginning of the year. She saw the quilt in the Christmas at Bear's Paw Ranch book and decided she wanted to make it. We watched the DVD but I had to do the cutting because I didn't have the ruler. But, she did all the rest of the sewing. She finally got it done and gave it to her on Mother's Day. I told her I was going to post it here so all the other ladies could see what she made. She was very excited. The next one she wants to make is the Pioneer Quilt. She comes every weekend because her mom and dad both work on Saturdays, so some weekends we get a lot done (she is 10) and some Saturdays, she decides she wants to play, those are the Saturdays that I actually get something done. But it is fun and I really enjoy seeing her face as the projects come together. This is the second quilt she has made.
