Amie--don't feel bad about it the mailman should have explained the rules to you. Perhaps we should tuck in extra $ for tracking with the next batch. I have no problem doing that. This is such a big undertaking thank-you.

Amie ~ I truly believe it wasn't anything that you have done. The mail here has been screwed up for some reason, I'm still waiting for my Victory quilt book don't know why it hasn't been delivered yet I believe it was sent on the 3rd, but Sharon sent something on the the 9th and it was here on the 11th. Who knows?? You do a wonderful job with your swaps, you can not control what happens to the packages after they leave your hands. HUGS

Amie, there is no way this is your fault. And there is no way I would ever expect you to pay money out of your own pocket to ship these envelopes after all the work you have already done. It will be okay. (That's my motto in life.) There are alot of bigger things in our lives to worry over other than fabric strips.

DO NOT put moneyout of your pocket for tracking!!! The missing mail is part of the deal when we send things. I am going to ask how you get in contact with the 'lost & found' of the PO when I go next time. You did know they had a 'lost & found', didn't you??? It is someplace on the east coast. I am going to make sure that my large ziploc bag inside has only my address on it in case the outer bags get ripped.

the mail system is nuts! I think making sure that the return address labels are secure, and on the larger bag inside also helps. You did a fine job and now we are on to the next noodle swap.
