Blue Scarves Info on sizes for all who offered to help UPDATE 3/26
They're asking for scarves in blue, approximately 36 inches in length. Width should be 4-6 inches, you decide. I know when I knit, my gauge is now always what it should be, so just use your best judgement.
Thank you to all the ladies who have offered to help with this project and questioned size. Remember, they must be mostly blue.
You are the best, and thanks in advance for all your help!

I JUST POSTED PICS OF THE FOUR I HAVE DONE UNDER QUILING PHOTOS. NOT VERY FAST AT KNITTING BUT I'M WORKING ON IT!

Joann, thanks for that updated info. It helps a great deal, knowing the sizes they're looking for. I've got some fleece now and am looking for the right size blocks.
I also have another "pattern" for a cute scarf that I will post as soon as I get the pictures taken. This one could be crocheted, knitted or made of fleece. I'll try to get it done by weekend so DH can help me post pics--still haven't learned how to do that yet!

BTW, Is there a specific date you need them?

They aren't needed till fall but I thought that's an awfully busy time for people making Christmas gifts so I thought now was a good time for me to work on them.
I'll take them whenever you have them finished. So whatever works for you!
Thanks!

Joann,
I'm still in, just running slow. On the upside I've finally got a practice piece of about 7 inches in length that I actually like and haven't ripped out.
When I feel good and solid on that I'll switch to a blue yarn.
I had to laugh at sunsup - "Knit 5, pearl 5, drop 1 go back and find it..LOL."
I've somehow managed to increase 1 or 2 stitches, effortlessly and with grace and elegance. ha! I'm just lucky it doesn't look too off in width.

Joann, haven't forgotten the blue scarves, not coming along as quickly as I would have liked. Bless you for sharing this project with us. Debi
