Rikster, nice work! Love the log cabin in particular, with all that lovely red.

Love your Sunbonnet Sue's! I was looking at your log cabin top and I have that fabric on the far right side! One of my stash fabrics to use up.

Thanks everyone for your comments. I gave the Sue quilt to my co-worker. She's expecting a little girl any day now.
I enjoyed the applique so much that I have now started Grandmother's Garden. Those pieced baskets annoyed me with the seam "lumps" - so mine will be in flower pots instead.

Are those Sunbonnet Sues hand appliqued or machine appliqued? They are really adorable....I like the different fabrics for your backgrounds! I like the logcabin quilt also.

Both quilt tops are very pretty. I love the colors. Sunbonnet Sue reminds me of when I was a little girl...that was way back in time! Thanks for sharing. jo Ann
