love the I SPY quilt..how fun I think I will do a smowball and make one....to keep for a future gift. My great-nieces and nephews got them for Christmas this year. I know I will have ones to give in the future. One of my nephews has 2 kiddos and he and his wife want 4. One of my other nephews has 2 and that is all they are having...my 3rd nephew likes "boys" so I don't think he will have kiddos in the future and the 4th nephew is only 9...and my daughters better wait....

Hi Debi,

I'm around. Just finished feeding DH - he says it's the best meal he's had since I left for the shop hop on Friday and I believe him:) Now I'm free to put away my purchases and getting cutting my batik fq for my bento box quilt.

Gardenquilter - that is a gorgeous quilt and I'm sure you will do an excellent job on it.

Leetec - We skipped church this morning, too, and I also feel guilty. But we had so much to do. DH finished the wood flooring while I was at the LQS & DD's shower yesterday. Last night we got the guest bedroom put back together and got my sewing machine cabinet, shelves & fabric case back into my sewing room. This morning I had to rearrange stuff in the closet and get everything put away. Then I started on some burp cloths for my DD. They are made with cloth diapers and flannel fabric. We had to go buy some fertilizer, plant material, and mulch so DH could get started on the yard. Ate lunch while we were out. I'm tired now so here I am.

Michelle, so what kind of treasures did you find? I guess that I should think about a shop hop in the future, it sounds like a great adventure and I am always up for an adventure.

Carolyn, I am going to be working on my SBS tonight too. I am very excited about this.

Leetec, I will be around so check in and we can chat. DH is bbq-ing steaks right now so supper will be in a few minutes but I will be back.

Carin, are you out there? I hope your weekend went well, I will be reading all the previoius posts when I get back

Chat soon, Debi
