Sarah - I'll be looking out for your beautiful charms!
Also, for a king size quilt you will need 100 8" squares.
Right now the Quilt Through The Seasons book is on sale for $20.96.
It is worth every penny! Individual patterns cost $8 to $9 each. In this book you get 12 quilt patterns with detailed, clear instructions. And, if you don't understand those instructions, you can always ask here or send an email to QIAD. If you can afford, get the DVD.

Mine are all cut and in baggies, ready to mail.
I had asked a while back about the first fabric I bought for the swap -- purple flowers on a black background. I decided after finally seeing the video that maybe the flowers were too far apart, so I wasn't going to send it. Then after I got all my blocks cut, I decided I didn't have enough of the purple and black to do much of anything else with..... so everyone will get four charms from me.
I'm looking forward to seeing what everyone else chose!

If you mail today, I should get them before I leave. We're not leaving until Saturday morning. Otherwise, if you can't mail by today, wait until next Monday.

It took me 5 days, but I finally got my lovely fabric squares to the post office. (And I'm still early -- which is unusual for me!)
They said the postage increase in May for Priority Mail envelopes is supposed to be $4.80, so that's what is on my return envelope. It was a tight squeeze to get everything in that envelope, but if I sent it in a regular squishy envelope it would have cost over $6.00 to send by snail mail. Now I just have to be patient and wait...........
