Binding color for my YBR quilt??

Maybe a red binding? I really like this quilt!

I would use the blue like the last border. I am not one to bring attention from the quilt to the binding. I love the quilt!

Lynn, I'd stick with the dark blue border, or the medium blue from the blocks. The green would be nice, but matching it might be a real bear! I will often bind a bright quilt with the same fabric as the 2nd border, to eliminate distractions.

A white binding will show every little trace of dirt...

I would do a narrow red...

I'd go with the outer border fabric. There's not enough of any other color to pull it to the edge with the binding.

I think I'll go either with red or try to match the blue in the dog fabric.

It's being quilted now and they said they are 6 weeks out. That'll give me time to do another project. I am getting it quilted with a cloud pattern. I was going to do stars but thought that might be too angular.

I would pick the blue with the dots. It's pretty evenly spread throughout the quilt and picks up all the colors without being overpowering. Of course, it also depends on how wide your binding will be.

The blue with dots would be nice but I got that in a swap and cut all of it to make the rectangles.
