When I follow these directions - I hit browse, find the file and it says uploading but sits at 0% and never uploads the file. Any suggestions??

I never saw a place above where you download where it says message board size or whatever. But I got it posted anyway! Thanks so much.
jgdalton, it sounds like your picture is too big and/or you have dial up. When you have a slow connection it either takes a way long time or you never get the picture there. YOu need to go to paint & resize your pic.
