Fri., Feb. 8th Sew-In !

It's 5:32 p.m. here and I thought I'd start the Sew-In. I've been busy all week, DS has been helping me with some spring cleaning yesterday and today, things are starting to look really nice, but boy have I missed ya'll! I've also gotten a lot of swaps finished up and mailed out, trying to catch up with everything. Looking forward to chatting with ya'll tonight! I'll be here around 7:00 or so.

What's everyone working on or doing? Got plans for any new quilts? What's the weather like in your area?

Hi, GP! We must have posted around the same time. The weather is clear. We have a lot of snow. Would you like some? I am not sure what I am going to work on tonight, so I better be deciding. Hope others pop in. Kho, in a very snowy state of Illinois.

Hi, kho! LOL!...yep, looks like we had the same idea at the same time for posting on this! We have really nice weather today and I think it's supposed to be a really nice weekend, too. I've been cleaning and finishing up swaps, etc..and I am ready to sink my teeth into a new quilting project! I may start my Paducah Trunk show quilt this weekend. Also, I watched my QIAD Bears in the Woods DVD the other day and loved it so much that I want to make one to hang on the wall at our cabin. I ordered some fabrics for it at the fabric frenzy today. I'd forgotten how much I love that DVD, if you haven't seen it, do, because it's a really good one. Well, I better go get the laundry folded and put up so I can get back here around 7:00! Toodles..........

Hi All!
We made it up to a balmy 34 today! Just a little snow, just enough to say we got some.

I think I'll be working on come more cleaning of my sewing room tonight. I did some yesterday and was going to finish this afternoon but i started watching a movie instead.

Hey Ladies! Good seeing ya here. It was in the 50's here with sunshine today. I have been doing house cleaning today and am worn out now. LOL But it sure feels great to have it all done for the weekend. I will be keeping Riley all day tommorrow until Sunday noonish. I am not sure what I will work on this evening. Been sewing the binding to the back of my Fall Autograph quilt. Sure love looking at all the blocks!!!!!!!!! Got to go run and shower & get my jammies on. It is 6:02 here so I'll be back in an hr or so.
