I had a very good question this AM. Send 30 baggies regardless of the number of people that sign up and you will receive 30 back. I am planning on cutting lots of different tone on tones from my own stash, so you should get 30 different back.

Bought my fabric today. Found myself in the town with the Quilt shop (I swear I don't know how that happened) and realized the shop was open still so made my way over. And low and behold, I found something to buy. Hope you all will like it.

Just wondering... If I put an extra charm in for everyone, and some others do, too (not that I'm expecting that), does that make a big change in the cost of return postage for everyone? I'm just starting to get involved in these swaps and sometimes it is hard to pick just two fabrics, so I was wondering what problems different hostesses have had if people send extras. (I'm thinking I should send some extra stamps to help.)

Spring break is coming really soon (6 weeks but who is counting) so I am sure that I will be able to get the good stuff done. Can't wait to get started.

to donnacrazylady. Very good question that I don't have an answer to.
I usually send extra charms to the hostess and or a small gift which bumps up the postage going to the hostess. Since I put the same postage on the return envelope, there's never been a problem. I mail mine in plenty of time and send them 1st class mail (not priority) and since I live in the mid-US, I have never paid more than
$2.50 on each envelope for the 5 inch charms. I don't have any idea how that compares to what others have to spend. The reason I use only 1st class instead of priority, I don't have to go to the post office and stand in line.
I have a little scale at home that measures for 1st class postage.
I hope this answers your question

question???
I love the tone on tone, and have some in my stash, would you want 2 different in each baggie? and does it matter if there is a variety (ie not everyone would receive the same)
just pondering this one

I think it would be nice to receive to receive two different charms in a baggie. Since I don't see what anyone else gets, I don't think it matters much if you use a variety because we each get a surprise no matter what.
