Mawmum, what would the size of the individual squares be? I think it might be easier to do a number size...like each sq. being 2 1/2 then sewn 2 for a total of 6 ....since there are 3 sqs we need to go with multiples of 3.

9P that would be easier for me if I know the size to cut each little square and then when we send it .... they will be ok to join together and still be the same size.

Your right lets say 9" finished so each square is 3"
So 3 1/2 inch squares sewn into a 91/2 unfinished block.

I am not to worried about the other colors just so the center of the 9 patch is light. I will make an example and post it ASAP!

I presumed that we should put it on the Chit Chat but now I remember that it was decided to leave this kind of thing on the Projects from the heart. I will just do my part and let MM take charge. Sorry. With pretty large blocks we may end up with a quilt, pillow shams,
lap quilt etc. LOL.

Maybe I am just a pessimist I am worried if I made them 6" then we wouldn't have enough for more than a baby quilt LOL!

Maybe if we get that many, they can be made into a love quilt and given to someone that needs an extra hug, either here or somewhere in the world.
