Re: Fussy Cut
When someone says fussycut they mean that they cut out a particular part of the fabric to get a certain design - clear as mud - huh?? Anyway here is a video that you can watch and it will explain it to you

Hi quiltingnana50. Haven't seen you post before, but maybe I missed. If not, welcome to this greatest place to be.
I just love fussycutting. And El does a great job of explaining it. If you're going to do much, get a set of the fussycutting rulers--they make it so much easier. I'm a great lover of sampler quilts, so I like to use a fussy cut center and make a different pattern around each one.
You'll have a lot of fun here, hope to see more of your posts as you progress and be sure to post some pictures of what you're doing.

Re: Fussy Cut
Quiltingnana50 don't feel bad quilting has a lot of odd terms to learn and then when you throw in the message board speak (all the abbrivations and stuff) its like learning all over again. Glad to have you here you will be a pro in no time.
