Thank you all for your comments. It means a lot to a beginner! I have decided I love the look of scrappy quilts and that way I don't have to stress about whether or not I have enough of a fabric to make a quilt! This way I can buy a yard or so of anything that catches my eye! It is easier that way for me plus I can't seem to focus myself on one color or theme! LOL If you have never tried El's ruler...get one! It made it so easy and fast! I was shocked! (So was my DH...he likes it that I have taken up quilting and is astonished that I am
able to follow directions LOL!!!!)
