Egg money - block 1 project

I couldn't find the post for block 1 - grandmother's flower garden - but I wanted to post the picture of my purse project that I made. I am hoping to make all of the projects in the book as I go along, but I can already see that I may not be able to make them all as I complete the blocks.

How did I miss this! It's beautiful! Did you also make pockets for the inside? Was it difficult? I wonder if any of the other blocks will also work on this purse. What do you think?

Evie, yes I did put pockets on the inside. Just like the directions. The only draw back for this is it is not quite "tall enough" for my liking. But I am using it for hauling supplies back and forth to class. It was not hard at all to put together. (Just ignore the "honey do list" stuck to the door)
