Have had a sh*tty morning and just decided to pull myself together and have a look on here. Trying to cut out charms squares, with a very blunt blade. Have a new one here somewhere but I can't find the bloody thing!!

I was working in my sewing room earlier this evening & have some "Air Supply" songs on my iPod & thought of Miss Kadie ;0) I thought, that's an Aussi band, wonder if Miss Kadie likes em?

I'm back! I read just this page of posts and had to laugh at how topics morphed in such a short time! LOL! Isn't that great, we can have fun chatting about anything!! Well, I got most of the Tumbler blocks cut out and stitched my first row together....oh my!....they fit together perfectly and there's no "ears" to clip off, and it's so cute! It's just a scrappy little throw out of Christmas fabrics leftover from the stocking project. Think I'll put minkee for the backing. Need to make several more for the cabin so we don't brawl over throws up here! LOL! I want to make a bunch out of flannel, flannel is so cozy and cuddly.

Caren, I've had my eye on the George machine for awhile and was happy to hear from someone who actually tried one out. I'd hold out for the stitch regulator, though, if I got that machine, I wonder how long before they'll have a SR model? Do you know?

What went wrong this morning Sweet Sister? Sorry it did not go well. I am so bad about not finding stuff. I tend to put things up so I won't lose them then I can't find them later. LOL

No, GP, I don't know about a SR for that machine. One thing that I would want is a low bobbin indicator. My reg machine has that & I love it.

I had a lot of fun with "George" at the Chicago show in April. I'll get my hands all over him again next year, I'm sure of that :)

Did you see the little Gammell hobby size machine? You CAN get a SR for that one.

Cathy I do the same thing. I'll put something where I just know I will be able to find and later and then can't remember where it is. lol
