Hand Quilting Help Please

I'd love to learn to hand quilt and have looked at many sites for info. The one thing I have not found is when you end, how do you get the knot on the inside rather than the outside of the backing?

A friend says she knots it but pulls the tails through the backing so they don't show. Not sure how you do that when you cut it after you knot it.

Can anyone please explain to me how to do this?

Hi - Here is a video that you can watch about hand quilting. At about 8:52 minutes into the video , they show you how to bury your knot.
