combined rotary and ruler

I am looking for the combined Rotary and Ruler that Eli used when working on the candy cane lane quilt. Checked my neighborhod Joann's with no luck any suggestions?

I bought mine at Walmart. It is made by Fiskars. I had seen it in other places for like $50-$60 and would not pay that much. I saw it at Walmart, it was $30 and I snatched it up.

I've got one from Walmart. I've only used it once for cutting strips. It felt a little awkward but I'll probly get used to it when I use it more.

I have had one for years, but I haven't used it. I've tried to use it but I can not figure out how to get the right measure of fabric. I get too confused! I know it would be great for strip cutting but for some reason my brain won't work when I try to use it.

I bought mine at WM. It has more than paid for itself. The blade lasts longer because you never nick it. Its a great tool. Every quilter should own one.

I had the same problem as sewbug. Just couldn't wrap my brain around it for some reason.

We used to carry these on our website and had so many returned that we dropped them from our product list. People told us they didn't work. I too saw them at Walmart. They may even have them on line on the WalMart website.
