French Roses quilt & 25th anniver gift

This is my French Roses quilt that gets to hang in the LQS.















This is the beautiful quilt my sister made me for our 25th wedding anniversary. The fabric was purchased at one of my favortie shops in the UP. The Lilacs represent my cottage Lilac Cottage as well as being a large part of my favorite place Mackinaw Island. She presented the quilt at dinner we all stayed at the Grand Hotel on the Island. It was very special something I will never forget. I didn't have a clue. She was very sneeky quiet and even lied a few times about what she was doing. I just wanted to share these will all of you.
