And they are so pretty!!! I am going to take a pic of them all before I mail them,to keep in my scrapbook. With sashings you all should have enough for a nice bed sized quilt!!! I was thinking when we started maybe it would be a wall hanging, but you guys really pitched in!!!

Looks like almost everyone has them in.
Please do take a picture to post since only 1 of us will get to see/have the real thing. This is so much fun, easy to send, easy pattern, and just a few to make. Thank you so much for bringing this lotto to us.
Can hardly wait for the January 2008 lotto to start. Do you have the pattern picked out yet? Just curious! LOL

Re: Christmas lotto Oct9
Im thinking medium and small floral prints,in medium and darker colors.A hint to swappers, most people use a medium to dark color range,,,pastels do look pretty if the whole quilt is pastel, but if there are only one or two pastels in a whole quilt they dis appear and you lose the pattern. As an example. I made a wall hanging with autumn leaves in reds, browns and greens, and one bright yellow. It looked so pretty, but when I laid them all out it stood out like a sore thumb. So unless an all pastel is decided on its best to use medium and darks.Hope this helps.

Caroline
Love that pattern, I think I could actually do that one without messing it up too badly!
As far as colors go, I have a wide range to choose from in my stash, and agree that that block would look better in Med-darks rather than pastels.
Is that pattern on Quilterscache?

That looks like a nice easy block. I like the thoughts on color selection also.
