How totally adorable!!!! EVERYONE seemed to enjoy and DH participation is so awesome. What fun! Makes me wish mine were little again. Do this at every opportunity as they grow up so fast. My DGD drove to our house last night on her first "driving alone" trip. Got her drivers license yesterday. Life will never be the same in that household. LOL

Susie, I too just love these pics! Priceless. The memory of this event will be with you & those darling grands forever! You really went all out on making it something very special. You & your Dh are the type of Grandparents I wish ever child had. Again, I love the pics and the fact that you & your DH did this for your Grandchildren.

What a wonderful idea. I'm sure this will be one of the memories that will never leave the children! And I'm so happy to see dear ones who will be playing with the wooden thread spools!
The necktie is a very special touch!

What a great party! I just love your style. Gloves, hat, fur stole, and turquoise tennis shoes certainly set the celebratory mood for such a party. The children seem totally into celebrating and DH dressed up too. I love the DGS's tie and DGD's earrings and tiara. Better watch out Peachy...she's got a tiara too...you have competition. LOL. Nanjam(SIL), I can't believe that Katie is driving. Is her daddy making her drive a tank or making her wear a helmet when she drives? LOL. Cyber-Sue

These are wonderful. My dad was born in 1907 so this year would have been special for him. THanks for sharing.

Susie, what wonderfull grandparents you and your Dh are.
What a *great* idea. I really enjoyed seeing all these pics.
Thank you so much for sharing them with us.
You are a Doll, wish I had had a Grandma like you.
I'm sure your grand children will remember this for the rest of their life.
