Still time to sign up and meet the deadline of Dec 15 for charms to arrive to Lynn. BTW, how many do we have signed up now, Lynn? When could you let us know how many to send? If we don't have 30, let's save the postage and your sorting and sending time by just sending the number that are signed up, plus a couple more for late signer uppers. just a thought...........carol/kittyquilt

Right now we have 19 signed up. If we don't get 30, you can send just the exact number of sets if you want.

Some people have sent 30 sets already. For those that send the full 30 sets, those people will decide together whethere they want their own extra charms back, or if they want me to sort out the extras and send them back a mixture. I'll try to remember to PM everyone who sends extra to take a poll about what to do. Its OK if some people who sent extra just want theirs back and others want to keep swapping extras.

After Dec. 1, if less than 30 people have signed up and you haven't yet sent fabric, you may do one of the following choices:

1. Send 30 sets. 4 people have done so thus far (see the list). I will swap out the excess charms just among the people who send extra. If you have sent 30 sets already but would like your own charms back please PM me.

2. Send just the right amount of charms and you will get back 1 set from each participant.

If I''''''''''''''''m not too late, I would like to get in on this swap! I should have enough time to get my fabric cut and packaged up for mailing before the deadline.

Just one quick question--- should we prewash the fabric? Also, where should we send the package? I guess I should re-read the directions-- my questions have probably already been answered.

I have extended the date to get fabric in to me. Lets go with Dec. 20. I will still get your fabric back to you by mailing them out at the very beginning of January if not sooner. Hopefully this will give more of us a chance to find Valentine's fabrics in the shops.
