I know it's been addressed here but I still don't know the difference between brushed and not brushed flannel. I went to JoAnns, about 20 min. away, and looked at all the flannel and couldn't tell any difference from one to another. I asked 5 people there in the fabric section who worked there, 2 quilters I saw there, and a lady in the sewing machine area what the difference was and no one had the answer! I left without getting any flannel at all.

Please can someone post pics or something? All the flannel I saw had a fuzzy side and a "backing" side. Even the "quilter's flannel" was like that and none of the bolts indicated brushed or not.
Starting to get anxious about not picking the right kind!! :(

Sorry Becky, in my panic I didn't see the ending to your post. I'll just get the stuff in the quilters flannel section. I hope it's the right kind!

JoAnns just emailed a coupon for 50% off that is good for the beginning of October.

Does the flannel need to be all blue or just mostly blue?

Thanks for the vote of confidence, MM. I just have a few more yo-yo's to add to my project, then it is ready to go into cyberspace. I don't expect to win anything, but it has been a lot of fun. I should finish tomorrow, then start cutting for the next project which has to be cut, sewn and mailed by mid Oct. Happy quilting...........

Becky - Do you want us to send you 15, then it would be easier for you to sort, or do you just want the 14?
