Very nice. I have got to get my act together and get mine done. Finished up DGS birthday quilt last night. Housework, laundry, cookies, and movie today so didn't get any sewing in. Maybe after dinner will at least pick out the fabrics.

I have a question about the book. I just got it last night and was skimming through it and found that each block has a calendar. WHat is this for? I couldn't find any reference to it or for it and I'm confused, (which really isn't that hard to do) :).

BTW: all of your blocks are just gorgeous! Can't wait to get started on mine!

Traci - I have no clue as to what the significance of the calendar is??

towens - I am not sure the calendar is meant for anything more than tracking your progress if you wanted to do that. I imagine you could use it for anything you wanted. I am going to get back to this today. I will make my, okay, I am going to have to figure it out again. I had it all in my head last night. My July 1800, April Thimbleberries and 1800, and then figure out the next block and do the Thimbleberries. I am so sorry this got waylaid. Things have been so hectec around here. I am still waiting for 1 piece of furniture so ironing board space is very limited still. Hope to be able to post pics by the end of the day.

Okay girls, here we are. Thimbleberries is caught up. April on the left. New Block May on the right. The center for may was supposed to be light but when I laid my blocks out, it looked like the whole quilt had to much light so I decided to change it. I suggest if you do this, use a floral or something you can fussy cut with a light background. this was too much dark and I think the pattern is lost. I may redo down the road. Lets plan on being caught up on all 8 blocks by Feb 15. That is 1st row, 3rd row, april and may. Can you all let me know who is still with us? I am considering a prize for the first to complete the quilt at the end. That does not mean I want you to jump ahead now. Be good girls. When we get to the last block though, it can be a race to the finish. Will just need to post completed quilt including binding and label.

WeSig, nice blocks! I'm finishing up some things and then plan to jump into this BOM and get caught up. A few months back I was cleaning my sewing rooms and the blocks for the URR BOM have been misplaced somewhere, along with my Egg Money ones, too! So, I'm having to start from scratch for all 3 BOM's!

GP they gotta be there somewhere. Oh I hate it when that happens. I have kept these piled up on my extra bed. Everyone in my house knows better than to touch my sewing stuff!

We, I'm thinking I might start with the ones I haven't made yet, and hope the others turn up! Oh I hope so, I did a really nice job on them and the URR ones were from the kit! Oh well, no crying over spilled milk, buck up and get on with things! LOL!
