Thanks for all the compliments. Yes I hand quilted the waves. This was a panel I bought some time ago at my LQS. I just now got around to doing something with it. I'll probably save it and use it for a gift for a new baby. Lawanna

OHHHH THAT IS SOOOO SWEET, LOVE IT! I LIKE THE WAY THE WAVES GO OUT INTO THE BORDER TOO. DID THE PANEL COME LIKE THAT?
