Re: Fabric for my Halloween wallhanging
I'm sorry I haven't been checking this part of the forum lately. I never did even start the quilt. I couldn't make up my mind what pattern I wanted to use. I drew out 4 of them but couldn't get the color combinations to go together somehow. It always seemed I needed "something" more but couldn't figure out what it was. So I have all the fabric put away until I get the inspiration to start again. I was able to use the green fabric in another quilt top that is partly finished. If I do start and finish the Halloween quilt I'll be sure to post pictures!

Very nice combining of Fabrics and colors. Have you decided on a pattern yet? Love the "cute" Halloween theme.
Have Fun,

Re: Fabric for my Halloween wallhanging
This is really a "reminder of the past", fabric for me and I just love it. Almost bought some, but until I start quilting again, thought I would not. But, I sure eyed many times.
Great combo fab selections.
I had made a dble Irish Chain for my mother, but did not get it done before she went into the nursing home w/alzheimers. Didn't like the colors, so let it set around, had it pinned and ready to bind. Gave it to her for Christmas. We were celebrating Christmas with my brother and his family here. When she open the box and took it out, my brother says, it this how you give people their presents? He was joking. But still did not have a binding and still hated color combo---Mother loved it.
The orange piece in your selection was almost identical to what I finally purchased. Sort of a pumpkin color. WOW! Did it ever change the looks of the quilt. Show us yours when finished.
Thanks and prayers.
