Fabric for my Halloween wallhanging

Here's what I picked out. It isn't exactly what I had in mind when I thought of this project but I really liked the focus fabric. I'm going to applique the motifs from it into the blank looking blocks in the pattern.

Thanks! I still need to pick another black color. I think a true solid black will be the best thing for the applique, so it will look more like the original fabric it was cut from, and not "busy up" the quilt any more than it already will be!

Cannot wait to see this completed. I think it will be just awesome! I love the print of the kids and your other colors will really be beautiful when incorporated. Bet it will be stunning. You do have a great eye for color choices.
